This is Parker, stealing his mother's blog to post pictures of bundt cakes I have made!
(This is a joke, I didn't steal my mom's blog)
This is the first one I made. It was called Mexican hot chocolate bundt cake. It had a little bit of chilli powder, giving it a little kick.
This one was called Peppermint swirl pound cake. It's called a pound cake because it required a pound of cream cheese to make it (this is a joke, it only took half a pound). I needed to buy peppermint extract for it.
This one is called a tres leches cake. It was probably the most difficult cake I made. It was in the oven for longer than it needed to because I misread the directions, but that is something I can learn from.
These have all been great learning experiences for me and I can't wait until the next time I make one!
