Crowns

We've been making crowns a bunch lately.

First there was Father's Day (somehow I did not get a picture of it)

Then there was Mimi's need for one for herself.
This one is just peer pressure.
This last one is all about celebration! Greg passed his most recent exam!
In the Dickerson tradition of improving greeting cards, this card reads:"Everyone needs a hero...and Dad, I'm glad you're mine. (crossed out) Happy Birthday! (replaced with) Congrats!"

Chess Camp

Yeah, you read that right, we sent Indiana to Chess Camp. And guess what he LOVED it.

Mimi helped Aunt Tina build a sand-face. She searched for the shells and stuff.

This year was extra special!

My sister Jill got married.
To this guy. He had no need to win us over, we liked him already, but he played Candy Land with my daughter, yeah, we like Chris.
She wanted to play LOTS of Candy Land.

The morning of the wedding we hit the arcade,

That's a picture of the building where Jill and Chris got married. Everything was so beautiful.

Jill worked really hard on the flowers,

Mom put a few finishing touches on the dress (she made it),
And Tina did everyone's hair.

The D.J. asked the kiddos for a request. I think he was a little surprised that Indiana picked the Beatles. The kiddos were so happy!

Baseball

At the end of the baseball season we went a Columbus Clippers game with Indiana's team.

Before his first practice. Excited and silly.

Mimi:"Red shoes. These are my puddle shoes."
