While resting, Yoda said, "We're almost a sicky family. 3 of us are sick-sick-ies"
I'm not sure why I post about being sick.
Maybe it's
to explain why there is such a short post this week? Whatever, we've
all had a turn at being sick, except Mimi, and now it my turn...

Merry Christmas!
Here's our silly tree this year.
SUGAR COOKIES...
I spent a whole day devoted to sugar cookies, then Greg came home from his work White Elephant party with these Star Wars cookie cutters, so I made some more!
We thought Yoda was finally old enough, we could have my dad's old train running. It's been very fun to play with it. The kiddos sent their Lego creations on train rides.

Of course...
it's Christmas Eve, so Yoda is sick!
Now Parker is taking his turn...

At least we have Avatar: The Last Airbender to keep our spirits up!

Christmas Countdown...
*********
Yoda, "I can't believe tomorrow is Christmas!"
Me, "Um, Christmas is in like a week."
Yoda, "I wish we had a chart or something."
Me, "UGH! We have like 10 advent calendars!!!"

Baby bed
My sister suggested a little bed for our niece.
Something for her to put her baby dolls in for night-night.

Let's see if she liked it!
How awesome is that??

Fun with Food
Mimi twisted up her Twizzlers to make this extra big Twizzler...
Mimi made her cucumbers smile back at her...
Yoda made strawberry jam a preschool...
he was pretty proud...
and Mimi found this smile on her cereal bar!

Looking at Catalogs
You'd think that modern technology would change how you interacted with toys you don't have.
Parker, Mimi and Yoda say otherwise. Newspaper circulars have staying power.
The activity doubles as a way to eliminate Halloween candy.
